I had Atlantic dogfish and horseshoe crab for dinner last night and have been throwing up ever since.

Hi Di,

I love sushi, especially matched pairs of sea urchin sperm and roe.
The real experts like the various surf worms, crustaceans, and molluscs (andother stuff scraped off the bottom of ricks), but not me -- I'll stick to shrimp and egg yoke.

When are you coming out to visit Maui -- we have really lovely wild geese for watching?
