Frustrating, probably, but I also signed on the dotted line and didnt read the fine print. Advertising may be misleading, but ask an attorney. A lot of money has been lost, so there is some inherent problem legal or not.

No flames here.....the issue of doing trades on margin over a certain percentage of equity is in violation of SEC regs so far as I know. It happened to me on a non-margin account. The other fellow said it happened to him on a percentage many times over his equity.

Anyone???? How serious is this????
