Channel 2 FOX Detroit just now featured ZICAM in the 10:00 PM news. Kay Laury, health editor, did a fluff piece on it. All positive. I saw the last half of it first hand. Interviewed a local doctor, and a cute girl who said she felt 1000 percent better the day after using it.

BTW thanks Howard and Dan for all of your comments. You motivated me to call the company, and they promptly sent me (DHL) two sample bottles. I can't wait to get a cold to try it. And thank you Mad Man and Ben Gay for helping to drive the price down so I could enter a long position.
I really hope you take your profits soon if you are truly short. I sense it may be time to cream some shorts, in fact, I'm betting on it.

I'm not sure what you mean by "while the company stuffs it down your throat". I didn't say can't be done (have suggested that success doesn't come easily) and by the way who are you refering to when you say "you guys". BTW I've done well enough on this stock and do imagine emotions (I do have a open short position that I'm holding) will put it in orbit again. There has been good discussion/speculation about the Zicam product, however too much focus on just this element. I'm following this one because the volatility means money to be made. I'm on the short side (rather than the long) because of the companies finnancial picture, as such I feel more comfortable selling the highs rather than buying the lows (at least for the time being). You should try to be objective and don't get so emotionally tied up with this thing.
Good companies and management do have a difficult time improving. GUMM has been troubled, and to suggest that they're going to stroll out of their difficulties as easily as its glossed over on this thread is mistaken.
