Would you care to explain, how did you calculate the float?

It used to be at around 13.7 million shares. It is possible that some people are accumulating some shares for a possible run-up, therefore temporary shrinking the float. But they will be selling into this run-up.

What is the number 866,000 ?

Please, do some more research.
