Can't be. If that were the case the 3.6 mil shares would only be 360,000 shares after the split. 360,000 is not 59 percent of ISSM which is to be Datapowers stake in ISSM. However, 3.6 mil is 59 percent of 6.2 mil shares which is what it would be after a 10 to 1 R/S and issue of 3.6 mil new shares. You might want to read it again a little more carefully.
