Bloomberg News Feb5/99 - rating changes FWIW (not a helluvalot) -- Newbridge Networks Corp. (NN US) was raised to ''buy'' from ''hold'' by analyst Michael Cristinziano at Gerard Klauer Mattison & Co. The 12-month target price is $41.00 per share. -- Newbridge Networks Corp. (NN US) was downgraded to long-term ''buy'' from ''strong buy'' by analyst George G. Hunt at Interstate/Johnson Lane. The 12-month target price is $34.00 per share. -- Newbridge Networks Corp. (NN US) was downgraded to ''market perform'' from ''outperform'' by analyst Paul Sagawa at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co.
