Litigation I don't know if everyone read the fine print on their Notice of Class Action Settlement and of Hearing. Mine says that there was a hearing scheduled this AM in US District Court in Minneapolis to determine essentially if the settlement is "fair, reasonable, adequate, and in the best interests of the Plaintiff Class and should be approved". Did anyone hear about the outcome of this hearing? The link below is dead today (at least to me), but I don't know if that means anything: classadmin.com I checked the Minneapolis Star Tribune web site and there was no litigation news, but a few lines about the Jaycor deal (see last lines): www2.startribune.com George D.
