That's right, Bob. Just keep telling us 2/3 types how stupid we are, it'll do the Republicans good in y2k. And how, exactly, did the Democrats try for eight years to get Reagan? If you mean Walsh, he was a Republican. His investigation started pretty late in Reagan's term. He didn't particularly try to get Reagan, either, concluding that old Ron didn't much know what was going on in the end, with Iran-contra or anything else for that matter. Not a unique conclusion on his part. And he at kept on topic and soldiered on despite total non-cooperation from Congress, which immunized everybody in sight, much less the White House. The subject of that investigation was a little more substantial that the dreaded lying about BJs in the Oval office. And that coverup never ended, you know. 21 more months to convince at least a quarter of the 2/3 that they really are stupid, Bob. Are you up for it?
