Broomfield, Colo.-McData has started to ship Fabricpaks comprising the services, hardware, and software required for establishing Fibre Channel networks. This includes cabling, host adapters, switches, bridges, clustering and management software, training, and 24 -by-7 technical support. McData lets customers use its own internal test lab. It also resells Fibre Channel gear from Crossroads Systems Inc. (Austin, Texas), Emulex Corp. (Costa Mesa, Calif.), and Jaycor Networks Inc. (San Diego).
