Your 50-60M is a ridiculous number. There are aprox. 1,000,000 share in the float. For that market cap to exist you would need to assume all the shares are marketable at that price. If the shares were dumped on the market we would likely be a penny stock. And tell me - how do YOU put a valuation price on a concept yet to be proved. For every 100 CPA's you will find 100 formulas. The ultimate test is market price is it not? Right now the price is about 6.00. If you have watched the trading logs you will note many large blocks purchased, not the buys from us little internet dudes - some big investors have been buying this stock - that's a reality. They may be bad investors but they HAVE bought it so maybe, just maybe they know something you don't - perhaps they have actually called the company. As far as the 7,500,000 shares for $75,000 - who are we kidding. This was the mgt. teams (don't know how many involved) way of attaining ownership of BIGG. I have no problem with this. Do you also fault Bill Gates for starting out as the owner of his company to. Do you catagorically hold a grudge against all business owners at large or just those whose business name matches your nursury rymes? Here's a quote I have hanging on my wall. "Entrepreneur - He casts aside his assurance of 40 hour weeks, leaves the safe cover of tenure and security, and charges across the perilous fields of change and opportunity. If he succeeds, his profits will come not from what he takes from his fellow citizens, but from the value they freely place on the gift of his imagination." George Gilder Let's let Darren screw up before we burn him at the stake.
