Goldman Sachs&Co has downgraded the to perform from outperform.

I don't understand this stock. I was one of the lucky ones that bought the IPO at $7.5 and sold at $25.00. Originally the price of the stock went down was because the firm that did the underwriting or one of them went belly up and was bought out by somebody that did not care about CRYSF. Since there were no brokers to push the stock it went down. But the situation today puzzles me.

How is it the a new IPO with plenty of cash and a great product doesn't even trade at 20 times today earnings.I'm not even talking 99 earnings but 98. Maybe Goldman Sachs knows something we don't. They probably do I just hope we can benefit.

Best Regards,
