I don't doubt this is true. One thing that would worry me is
new hardware. IDE disks > 8.4 gb, for instance.

Did you say it's free? You said somewhere, I think, but
don't recall.

No, I'm not getting ready to put up BM (out of character <g>),
but I like to look at all the options. Basically, though,
my attitude is depend on nobody ... At least not exclusively.
How would you repair a corrupt boot manager? That's a real
question.
