Eric,

According to Guy, the offer was made by Denver SEC to Golden Eagle. Golden Eagle said ok. No reason for Washington to say no to their own office.

That brokerage firm I was talking about up here in Canada was Nesbit Burns. Very big firm. Associated with Bank of Montreal.

I think the fever may be coming back to us.

Eric, what are the odds that since GE and the SEC office that brought the charges have agreed to a settlement, that the National office might refuse? Unless you know the odds, and they are significant, your post is BS. If you know the odds, post them.
