SJIG owns 1.2 mil shares of common stock and 1 mil shares of preferred stock in SLEU.

SJIG is an OTC company.....SLEU is an OTC company preparing to be a reporting company at the end of the month for nasqaq listing.

SJIG has 5.7 mil shares outstanding at .65 a share = 3.7 mil company value.

But the value they hold in SLEU is 1.2 mil shares x $8 = $9.6 mil in value.......

So what am I to make of this?

Thanks for your help in advance.
