They may be very smart for not having invested more than a sliver of their wealth. Less than 80,000 shares traded today. No rush to buy. How many did you buy today fred? You think its cheap don't you? A rare, information-generating event takes place and what do you get - 71,000 shares traded. You are right about one thing. It was up 3/16 today. That improves its LT return somewhat. Look at the charts to compare. It must only be down 15 - 20% over 5-8 years now. Slow but sure .... underperformance.
