Yes ofcourse..you must feel this way.....Partenership as in like the ones with PRFM that were announced...

BY THE WAY <>>IF SATH ANNOUNCESA PARTENERSHIP...IM only interested with the detail of the partenrship ..The word "PARTNER" menas nothing..UNless someone is going to be an investor in SATH..The jig is up..My bet is that SATH has to pay to play...and NOONE will be paying them ..YAHOO<AMZN>< MSFT< EXCITE< AND ALL THE BIG NAMES wont take on such a goofy partner like SATH...PRFM tried to allude to the same hypwe..just a few days ago..and look at what happened..

The TERMS of the agreement are what Im interested in and if the Company doesnt make them available immediately ..then we all know the deal is crap and a giant HYPE illusion..

Get me the terms and I can make a decision on what to do ..but hyping an alledged partenership is BS and anyone who taklks about it befor it becomes fact should be threown in jail...

JUST LOOK AT THE INTERVIEW THAT CNBC had with the CEO of PRFM::

PRFM CEO Lekach CNBC interview excepts: "...it's really still a small portion of what we're trying to do when we finish doing what we're doing."

Picture Lekach standing outside in front of building with morning sun in eyes, squinting, no makeup, hair disheveled by the wind. Haines is particularly well prepared, abrupt, and almost dismissive of Lekach...

HAINES: What is the nature of the deal with Lycos since it's my understanding they have made fragrancecounter.com their exclusive fragrance retailer?

LEKACH: The nature of the deal with Lycos is that we have signed a deal with them and we have announced it in the press release this morning quite in detail. As far as their relationship with Fragrance Counter, you would have to ask them that question.

HAINES: What is the nature of your deal with Lycos? What do you get out of the deal?

LEKACH: Numerous things. We'll be advertising with them. We'll be on their page and we'll be quite noticeable through Lycos.

HAINES: Are you paying for that privilege?

LEKACH: Yes, we are. (JL note: He stutters here, more like Y-y-y-e-s)

HAINES: Are you also paying Microsoft for the privilege of being on Sidewalk whatever?

LEKACH: Yes, we are.

HAINES: So, this is a marketing game that's going to consume an awful lot of cash. Are you comfortable that you have enough cash to do it?

LEKACH: This is not a marketing game that will consume a lot of cash. This is a small portion of our business. We are a $180mm company. We have 290 stores. We have now launched an int'l franchising initiative. And although the Internet is going to be a very important part of our marketing strategy, it's really still a small portion of what we're trying to do when we finish doing what we're doing. We're going to be the global portal for perfumes around the world.

HAINES: So the Internet portion of what your doing is a very small portion according to you?

LEKACH: No, it's a very big portion but it's not as costly as you're making it sound.

HAINES: Oh, I see. It's not as costly as I'm making it sound...

As usual, Haines did his homework. Pass the butter, please! :-)
