Wrong again - you interpret the President and CEO title as a solo act - I don't. He is acting in a dual capacity which holds some risk with accountability. I'm suggesting that he has not yet abused his authority, he recognizes the need for proper checks and balances, he has hired an accountability team etc etc. There are others sharing the responsibility and the risk. You find a chink in his armor and you choose to expose it as reality rather than risk. Is there not a difference between potential abuse and actual abuse. If BIGG desires to really make it -I mean REALLY make it - they will need to do all the right things, Blue Sky, fully reporting, etc etc etc. We both won't know about this until they get there - the difference is I am acknowledging the RISK - not screaming INJUSTICE as you are.
