Paul,
I for one respect your opinion on the technology side of this story. In your post you state that the SEC has a really strong case against IAS because they don't do things in a frivolous fashion. Having said that, do you wonder at all why it has taken them so long to sink IAS when here we are almost three years later and the stock activity hasn't even been halted? I definitely am not very up to speed on that front and am wondering if you have an opinion.
Mitch

Hi Paul, it is good to hear you still have an interest in this thread. As you and many others on this board may know, like many of you been in and out of this company many times trying to recoup the thousands that were lost in the summer of 1996, I am amazed at how this stock is still trading at the level that it has basicly done so for the past year or more.

How much money do you think Neldon made off the investors in the time period the stock went from .40 to $40 per share, just in time for them to back out of the demonstration? The reason, if I recall correctly was that there 5 or so patents were not in place. What difference would that make? If they were ready nearly 3 years ago after promoting this stock in various publications, how could it not be ready now? Maybe we have been scammed. I bet Neldon lives better than most of us. And if they could build a mall in two years or an airport ie.., the largest in North America such as DIA, why would it take 3 years to build a store approximately the size of a large convenience store or small grocery store. I almost have to laugh at myself for being so stupid.

Now, on the other hand, say everything is on the up and up with the Johnson's and his investors. Wouldn't you think an apology would be in order for the many investors which lost their behind in his endeavor. The patents were supposively in place by the beginning of 1997, right? Well why was there not another public demonstration scheduled at that time (referring to DWM). So many questions and not one answer from the Johnson's.

Who are the mm's for this stock anyway? I am really getting tired of guessing, thinking one minute, this is a planned scam which by the way if it is true. A brilliant move by a superb con artist. Or if it is 100% on the up and up, why haven't any announcements been made on progress of dwm or anything. I don't know about the rest of you, but I want to know one way or the other, what is really up with this compnay. Bob

DWM,...The Store, ...Stock Fraud
The store is slated to open, using the AFM technology on March 10th, providing the Salem City Council approves the food permit tonight. The store is ready to go, with the exception of the perishables. The store will be the debut for the AFM technology for fingerprinting. While the U.S. doesn't use IDs, almost all other foreign countries do. There are many uses for the fingerprint technology such as doorlocks, timeclocks, credit card, just to name a few. ID cards in foreign countries could run into the hundred of millions on the short run, and eventually, billions of people around the world.

DWM,
Paul, you may be an engineer at a telecommunications company, however, sometimes that can be the worst position to be in. I have many stories of many scientific discoveries in my family due to changes in thinking. Its called a paradigm shift. Only the audacious say something can' be done. Read the story of Edison. My great Uncle made many discoveries when people said it couldn't be done.

DWM represents a paradigm shift. Using the present methods of transmission, you may be correct, however, there can be other ways. The whole concept of DWM is to transmit in a different manner than presently. The theory works, the smaller prototype worked in December, and the finishing touches will be completed within the next few months. Any company that is not involved with this concept when it reaches the market may end up hurting.

Back in 1996, the company was planning to do a wired demonstration and could have done so, however, the patent attorneys advised them not to do it until everything was complete.

Stock Fraud
Had you checked beyond the news you would find out that there was no stock fraud as the SEC alleges. The people at the company have the proof that what the SEC alleges, never occurred. Have there been some dumb decisions on the part of management? Yes, they will even tell you that themselves.

This company has great potential and will eventually realize its potential. For all of those who have held the stock for a long time, when the stock begins to move, don't be talked into selling. This is one to hold for the next several years. With the small float of only 3.6 million lots could happen. Take a look at AVCO's move last Fall. AVCO went from $3.00 to $31.00 in one day! They really didn't have anything so the stock came back down, just as IAUS did in 1996. This time though for the stock to go, they will have something. Good Luck and see you on the top.
