I'd love to be more specific, about my news on Monday comment, but I don't know anything. Considering the sudden flurry of buying at the end of Friday, I only presumed that news must be right around the corner. I could be totally wrong, but it seemed to be a classic pre-news run-up. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

My guess is that it is mostly institutional buying. I could be wrong but I bet quite a few institutions have stepped up to the plate in the past 3 weeks.
