BREEZE!, I can't comment on his intentions only on his past actions, and to what is brother is or is not doing in relation to company business, one can only go by the statements made by the Company.as to what Don did or did not know, in regards to the stock trading fiasco, my only comment on that is someone had to be signing the transfer documentation and for a company this size it would be my opinion that someone was the president. And if he did not know this was going on with in his own company he surely wasn't much of a manager. But one must remember blood is thicker than water and at times one's family member can get away with murder. I take the man in his word that he removed his brother from the company rightly or wrongly it was the action that he saw fit to take and took it. I and I am sure you have made blunders in our past and hopeful learned from them.My take on the Board of Directors is the same as it's always been, I would recommend them expanding their board with outside directors, preferredly with people that can bring specific expertise with them. You seem to be quite skeptical of the president and in his abilities to run the company? I really can't comment on that it's his company to run as he sees fit, and it is mine in your company to own stock in if we so choose. You must remember as a stockholders of this or any other company, in less you are a majority stockholder what you and I think is meaningless. The best we can do is to make suggestions to the company management some of which will be considered others will not be. We all must remember investing in companies like this is at best a shot in the dark.
