Following is a weekly table of the strategists' recommendations. Assets are broken down into stocks, bonds and ''cash,'' or short-term liquid securities. Average weightings are included at the bottom. Polling was conducted today. A single plus sign (+) indicates that a strategist changed his or her model allocations from the previous survey, which was conducted Jan. 29.
