NewKit: **OT** Well, I have not received "confirmations" for over 48 hours. The only way I could see if a trade was executed was to look at my account activity. The trade did not show up in my account record for over sixteen hours. Forget about getting through on the phone. I finally went to the old site this morning and found my confirmations. Of course they were posted over thirty-six hours later and they are still not on the new site.

I was suppose to get a call back yesterday from an E*Trade Mgr. regarding the lack of confirmation of a trade and the "bad" position it put me in. Thanks to my experience, I road out the trade and basically closed it flat. But I was a very unhappy camper yesterday morning at the open! It would have been very easy to have been spooked at the open and covered for a big loss. If I had not had Level II, I most likely would have done just that!

Thanks E*Trade....they have "never" resolved a trade dispute in my favor. I am thankful none involved any loss, but reduced profits from poorly executed orders. AND I DO MEAN POORLY EXECUTED...

Regards,
LG
