Jim, Yes, I don't know why it hasn't shown up on Edgar either. I just contacted Cycomm Investor Relations directly in order to obtain a copy I could read. The filing date is listed as Feb. 4, 1999. But frankly, I don't know what the SEC posting practice is once a filing has been received, nor do I know what Edgar takes as its time frame for posting forms. So many people have emailed me to ask for a copy that it makes me nervous. Sure hope procedures are being followed correctly. My feelings about the share price are a little mixed at the moment. Mr. Lisa is right in suggesting that some people are taking full advantage of this decline. The intrinsic value of the company doesn't seem to be reflected in the price. But business practices are also bottled up right now. So I think it's a stalemate until Mr. Hawk can reach some decisions about sale, merger, spin-off, and re-financing. I certainly wish him the best in this effort.
