I am currently on hold waiting for someone at etrade to answer. I've only been on hold for the last 42 minutes. The recording keeps telling me to hold though. Thank God for speaker phones. Pissed. Very PISSED! How can you claim to be number one and not even have the capacity to answer the telephone (a customer) in a timely manner? bb

I know that for a fact Kit. I lost about 500.00 on a penny stock last week because they came back the next day with an order that was supposed to have been canceled, showed cancelled and reflected no inventory when I double checked the cancellation by putting in a sell order. It said I couldn't sell because I had nothing to sell. The next day however they changed their minds. They don't have the no how to handle the business they currently have and are out advertising on TV for new customers. Waste of money if you ask me. I've been on hold 53 minutes now.
