The 13G filing as I read it covered shares of ZOMX held in its employee stock ownership plan for which Mellon is trustee. Thus they are not a true beneficial owner.

Isnt registering to sell the stock potentially a positive for good things to come?? If the Chumbo.com IPO is going to be announced soon, insiders have to be ready to have stock to sell when it moves up which I think everyone agrees it would.

Can we confirm stock was sold by CEO/CFO, or just registered??
