I thought that we were at about 380,000,000. I'm not sure, though. What I take away from the S-8 is that ARET will pay/reward employees/friends of the company with up to 115,000,000 shares of the common. This could mean that they will be the ones to receive the stock once it is bought back, or that 115,000,000 more shares might be issued. That would give you the 500,000,000 figure that Michael Del Rosario has been pushing on us. One note worth mentioning. Rod Clawson is still listed as Director. He is also on the sales team of another company. Look at my posts a while back for the web site of the other company he works for. James
