Myelin2, after reading you last few posting on Madera, are we having problems in Germany? What we see on the Madera table is solid projects in the works. The land deal will be a a turning point for Madera if buyers can be found.

If I were Madera, I would offer the land to the Brazil Gov under the homestead program if there is not already a 75% possibility of selling a strip of land at a higher price..
