Bill: the more I look at those historic charts, the more I think you're right..I wished I looked at them a few years ago, our whole market story line is written there in the historic charts of the 1988-89 nikkei and 88-91 U.S. bond markets. 1999 will be much worse than 1998...early March seems right...End of Japanese fiscal year is end of March and they have to settle their bad debts by that date.
