I must confess that in my research before buying this stock that I didn't come across the Goldman Sachs/lockup issue. If I had, it would have greatly changed my opinion on the stock, but not the company. A fluke fell upon me just two days before GS released the story in that I got an offer to get in on the Delphi IPO, so I used the majority of my ENTU shares to pay for the IPO. Still holding some from the original purchase, plus I did nibble some on Friday. I'm not as beat up as some, but still smarting from it. Even though I thought I had seen it all in some 12 years of investing now, I've learned something here regarding young companies and will ask questions about "lockups" the next time.
