Elio, I spoke to BIOMODA via e-mail and phone concerning buying into the company. There was an offering of stock in a few states but all offers had expired. They also told me that shares could be had for around $2.00 depending upon how much I was willing to spend. The more shares, the cheaper the per share cost. I decided not to go with the purchase because they wanted around $100,000 to start. I simply could not afford that much. I don't know what the status is today but feel if you've got enough $$$ the company will talk to you. I would think given the success of the testing to date that the share price would be much more though I don't know for sure. I posted the E-mail from BIOMODA on this thread but have no idea how long ago. Good Luck, WALLEYE

Elio, as a Biomoda Rep i signed a Non disclosure agreement so i have to be tight lipped too. But i am here to prevent ridiculous rumors like Biomoda merge with ADOT. Is this a joke? Biomoda won't get nothing from this kind of move. Biomoda could be IPO in a much higher price in the future than merge with a little unknown BB company. It doesn't matter if you ask me publicly or PM me, i won't answer questions i can't answer. As to me being a shareholder. I am not. I lost faith in ADOT couple of months ago. My belief is only in Biomoda. Stop doing such a fuss about the forthcoming news. Every progress is good news, but it certainly don't worth you canceling your trip. Guy
