Tony, you make very valid points, all of which will probably not be addressed further. I will say that Hank is alot sicker than I ever imagined if he is actually trying to claim that he predicted the fall of Lgnd form 16 to 5! Is this the same person who said Lgnd is cheap at $30 even when it was around 10? Hank, try to retain some creditabilty and not try to defend that you called the free fall in this stock. Also doesn't every stock rebound after hitting its low? If it didn't it would continue to hit new lows. So your comment that you expected the stock to rebound after hitting 5 is also a no-brainer.
