Regarding patents -- EDIG has had some indications in the past that other companies might be infringing on their patents, however, they didn't have the money to go into a lawsuit -- or the time to spend on that when there were much more pressing matters. Now it's a different story. With associates such as LU, Lanier and Intel, the patents become EDIG's key to holding these companies in deals. We were told at the annual meeting that one of the goals for this year is to inform violaters of their patents. In other words, they'll issue warnings. After that, who knows . . . Betty
