Bruce,
We all understand shorting is a way of life for some people, and it will happen to any stock...The problem I see is the way certain groups practice it, and the underhanded way they go about it...The worst part of the way some of these groups work is the damage they do to the true potential of a stock's upward momentum...They start shorting a stock PREMATURELY!!!... DBCC is a prime example of this...DBCC could have reached the 60s in my opinion, if it hadn't been the subject of organized shorting even before the IPO was launched...At this very time we have these shorts coming out of the woodwork, professing to be interested in helping NAVR go up as high as it can so they can short it from as high a level as possible.... At the same time, however, they are currently trying to introduce fear and doubt to influence NAVR stock holders negatively...How is that supposed to help the stock go up to its full potential???...The worst of this breed is the whining short that tells us he is long, but is constantly in "apparent" trepidation and fear of the danger of NAVR going down, never having anything positive to contribute in the way of "good news" even when all kinds of positive events are occurring with the stock...These people are not going to find the Benchwarmer Brigade as easy as the DBCC thread!!! GO NAVR!!!
