That's "declamation and liable", Spidey. And from your earlier post: by the very FACT we ARE SHAREHOLDERS. we do not have to explain ourselfs. I really wouldn't count on that if I were you. Shareholders have no God-given right to disseminate insider information or engage in material misreprentation. Trust me. And of course there's always Section 17(b). I believe the SEC takes the view that shareholders can say and do anything they damn please simply because they own paper. your only hope is to try to fabricate & manufacture criminals out of long shareholders. I've never called anyone a criminal. That's your gig, Spidey. I wasn't joking when I said the people and entities you've libeled on this thread could start up a class action.

you are not QUALIFIED, SANCTIONED, HAVE THE CREDENTIALS OR AUTHORITY to do what you do. Please explain in what way operating a boxing gym has conferred those qualifications and credentials on you. Here's another thought: what if I were to buy, say, 100 shares of AZNT. Would I then automatically become "qualified" and "sanctioned" to discuss the stock, the company and its prospects and policies? Funny, but when I log onto Edgar I don't get a little pop-up box asking me to swear that I'm long the company whose filings I'm looking at.

What is it that attracts you to companies that initiate "short squeezes" in order for insiders to profit by dumping the millions of shares they issue themselves ? Ignorance or greed ? Did Icabod first call you when he noticed your ravings on the RMIL thread or did you call him to offer your services ?
