Rehnquist took that oath before testifying on the "I" matter. Thomas took that oath too, before he explained how he had no opinion on Roe v. Wade. Rehnquist and Thomas have lifetime appointments, though, so it's different. Bush took that oath when he was deposed by Walsh, and Walsh didn't seem to think much of Bush's "truth". Tom DeLay took that oath on his personal little legal problem "Going back ten years" in 94? 95?. The adulterous papal knight Henry Hyde took a different oath that his 7 year "youthful indiscretion" that ended at age 48 seemed to violate. Hyde also had a noticably different view on "truth" in Iran-contra.

Clinton is uniquely evil, though. He's just like Capone, he's got to be brought down by any means available. Just keep telling all of us in the stupid 2/3's, Bob. 21 months to the next election, lots of time to convince us of our stupidity.
