The 10Q filing was on December 3, 1998. It states in the past tense that the conversion is completed. It is not qualified. On November 10, 1998, the Company cancelled the following shares of Common issued to the Principals (and related parties) and exchanged them for preferred voting only shares: I have not seen any additional filings regarding this. My own understanding is that if they'd indeed already been converted, a Form S-8 would have had to be filed.
