ECHO in a nutshell

From the Q4 release....
ECHO's Internet settlement services include direct acceptance of transactions over the Internet from a
customer, a merchant or
an Internet Service Provider (ISP) who serves many merchants. ECHO was one of the first and still one of
the few processors
who can directly and confidently accept Internet-based credit card transactions and electronically settle all
funds distribution for
both the customer and merchant without any active involvement by the merchant.

READ CAREFULLY THOSE LAST WORDS>>>>>>this is NOT credit card processing in a store. THIS
is internet e-commerce like VRSN does for AMZN. VRSN has over a $2BILLION market cap.

Also if you read other company filings you would read about the casino cash machine trial. Who knows if it
takes. OR if the USPS will buy money order machines. OR if the patent ECHO got for reading serial
numbers automatically from documents(do your research) will be commercial.

My point: ECHO growing nicely in its basic busines and is actually throwing off positive cash flow(how
novel). The market cap is only about $40mm so if ANY of these new initiatives bear fruit, we have a BIG
winner.
