There is no mention of that quantity of shares in the court transcripts, nor in the AZNT pr releases...

The Company has initiated legal action in the federal courts in the seeking the cancellation of another 9,740,000 shares of common stock.

I believe someone--ww?--asked about this earlier. As far as I know, there's only one Federal case brought by AZNT pending; the one that we've been discussing of late. In that case the company seeks the restitution of 4 million shares of common that it claims were "stolen". Its intention and desire is to cancel these shares once
obtained.

So. Whence the other 5,740,000 shares, eh? We know that AZNT wishes to recover and cancel shares given by Mikey to various individuals at various times, but by my reckoning they don't add up to nearly 6 million.

Anybody got an explanation?
