In my opinion, the only people who benefit from legal action are the lawyers themselves! Please chill out about getting lawyers involved.

You have done an excellent job of exposing those who hype up companies based upon their subjectivity, greed or their emotions.

I believe over 90% of the posts on SI are based on other people's subjectivity and emotions. Experienced investors, such as yourself and many others on SI, do their own due homework based upon facts.

SI is an excellent source to obtain real information and some good analysis. I believe SI should only be a place for experienced small investors and related service types, who have been pre-qualified by SI prior to their being accepted as an SI member.

My guess is SATH will have a little bit of a run up next week before it heads south. I am just wondering if around $30 will be its zenith.

I was surprised that you had suggested shorting it prior to their internet site opening up sometime next week. Now, I understand, you just took a small position to test the waters. I hope that you had mentioned this to the others on your thread.

On Mondays, the daytraders usually bite the gap-up and sometimes results in a subsequent run-up from the buying frenzy of daytraders.

I figure SATH might go that direction on Monday. I just don't know if Monday will be the best day to short this overvalued company? Might be safer to go long during the run-up on Monday and then to short it prior to or the day that the news is released to the public.

In any event, let us not allow SI to become a place for lawyers to make money from what goes on here.

Keep up the good work and have a nice weekend.

Thanks, Rob
