Touchstone Applied Sciences (NASDAQ: TASA) announced several new and exciting programs at today's annual stockholder's meeting. These include new products, an expanded Internet presence, and potential upcoming acquisitions. A copy of the President's speech can be found at napeague.com Apparently the motion for a reverse split also passed, and I believe that the Company will put out a press release about this later this afternoon. Today's trading activity seems to have been driven by one large sale of about 9,000 shares which took place around 10:30, shortly after the meeting began.
