Thanks for your response....and the response of everyone here in sharing their picks and pans! You said:"Using a local provider, when you find a good one like I did, can be very nice." I think finally found exactly what you have described! Speedfactory.net is local, they have excellent service, reasonable rates, and I have yet to get a busy signal or unexplained disconnect! If anyone is in the Atlanta area, and searching for a good ISP I would recommend them highly! In fact, if you are considering them, drop me a PM here....they have a $10 credit for referrals, and a contest for the most referrals. Actually I would hate to see them get very big, that seems to be where the trouble starts! Thanks to everyone who posted here.
