What if there is no reverse split, and the company announces news of solid developments.

The problem I see is the PR gave the impression of some urgency to get a Nasdaq listing, which did not make sense as to the benefit, until the company is sustainably profitable.

And we still are completely in the dark concerning the operational aspects of this business. So the news of positive developments would need to be huge to get the stock price to a $1.50, and we have more evidence of a RS than a operational coup.

So we wait and see. But I believe you have an equal opportunity to look foolish here.

What do you then post to the board???
