Elio, Let me explain several things. Sorry to tell you, but i believe that Biomoda can benefit a lot more by doing an independent IPO. Biomoda won't benefit from mergering with ADOT. ADOT invested 400k in Biomoda while biomoda still needs a lot of cash to obtain all its objectives. Don't overestimate ADOT's role here. I didn't "order" nothing. I just felt a little sorry for you not going on your weekend trip because of this forthcoming PR. Just can't get it. Are you suggesting Israel is not a country with Freedom of speech? Well, sorry to disappoint you. Except of some really annoying radical religious people which i despise, our country is democratic as USA. You have a misunderstanding here. You can discuss as much as you want and any subjects you want. I just gave you an advice not to carry away with your thoughts. As to my sayings about ADOT. Well its a shame that i no hypocrite. 6 months ago we were a bunch of shareholders who gave up on the company promises,inconsistencies and Les' behavior and almost everyone sold their shares. You obviously came later and don't know all the history. For god sake, look at that Pennypicker letter. What a bunch of crap and inconsistencies. Biomoda an ADOT subsidary??? My only worries and interest is for Biomoda to succeed. I see a lot of potential in that company. As a shareholder you would benefit from that. But i don't have to compliment ADOT and i won't. Guy
