M. John You idea and vision appear sound. Can you execute? I haven't a clue. Certainly you financing partners are privy to the details. IMO Equity holders are entitled to the same respect. I appreciate the posts you have made on the board, but when will we see specifics. And I ask again can you please inform me as to how many shares are authorized and outstanding, and if Pace is participating through an equity ownership of Cabec. Thank You and good luck jmt

Thanks again MJ. I wish some of these new people would just relax a bit. I think most of the negative remarks are coming from the people who are in it just for the quick buck, they what action, and they want it now. I think most of the people on here are in it for long haul, so don't let a few people ruin your spirits. One question for you? How the hell did you ever meet, or get mixed up with R Curton? Paul P.S.
