Praxis, I can't disagree that CGI is fully valued based on the current contracts - I didn't mean to suggest that you were wrong. However, I disagree totally with analysts who think CGI can't grow just because they have large contracts that are guaranteed for the next 5-10 years.

As for ISD and Agiss shareholders, they all deserve an excellent 1999 so I wish you the very best.

Just a reminder. Even Mr. Godin said it himself at the Annual Meeting. CGI has a strategy to buy private businesses. Bell Sygma and Bell Sygma int'l as well as the recent Perrigon are not publicly trading! They know very well that current stock prices are too high on the market right now.

It's a question of timing! Be on the lookout soon.
