David,
I am just trying to understand what is going on here. The registrant is Terry right??? So how can he issue 3.68 mil shares to Datapower after the R/S if there is only 2.5 mil shares total in existence after the R/S. The only way I can figure to do that is print new shares unless I am missing something. If they issue the shares before the R/S than after the split Datapower will only have 368,000 shares which is no where near 59 percent of 2.5 mil. The way I explained is the only way it seems to workout best I can tell???

David,
Oh, one other thing. I thought after the transaction ISSM will own 59 percent of Datapower and Datapower will own 59 percent of ISSM. So in return for the 3.68 mil shares of ISSM Datapower receives doesn't ISSM receive 59 percent ownership of Datapower???
