On the subject of price appreciation with a NASDAQ listing. My Opinion is the stock will go through some wild gyrations during the interim period between announcement and actual listing as some speculate and others "sell on the news" (mainly in the $7-$12 range). When the NASDAQ listing actually occurs there will probably be a moderate appreciation early on. But, this appreciation will not be on the order of an AMZN, UBID, EBAY, etc. The days of those are behind us. There are so many .COM's being listed daily, It "spreads the wealth" to thin now-a-days.
BII would have to be a VERY high profile, highly publicized, and anticipated listing at the time of NASDAQ for it to rocket on the initial listing.
Bottom line, I believe that within 3 months after listing BII will have traded into the 50's but be in the 30's (although if it goes to $100 I won't be mad :))
