If you think that any online broker will never have computer malfunction, your dreaming

Never? Did I ever say that? You find it. Look I understand an occasional mishap, but 3 days in a row the whole trading system went down for a period of time, phone lines were often busy, if you got through hold times were painfully long, touchtone service was occasionally down, and leading up to these 3 days, confirmations were delayed so what looked like an open order could have been executed hours before with no way of knowing - changing an order could and did result in double buy executions, unintentional short sales, etc.

Again, if it was such a small deal, then why did the market cap of EGRP take such a bath last week.

For the record, I'm otherwise very happy with the service I've received over the years, but we have to have better backup systems to cope with these problems when they inevitably arise. There's too many people with too much hard earned money at stake.
