Jerry - You should read the HS thread. Insider selling was actually sales by officers of acquired companies who got HS stock. I think HS had a "surprise" last year with a tax bill that lowered reported 12/31/97 earnings from $1.44 to $1.32. 73% is held by institutions, but there has been no "new" bigs to jack up the price. Bloomberg reported Montgomery Securities as a source for one of the six "buy" recommendations - predicted $30 "within 12 months" in January.

Jerry S, Ref: HS...
Thanks for your informative reply. Since insider selling does not appear to be from top officers in the Company, this removes a major impediment for me. It's a pity that it is not Internet related, but that in itself creates Index diversification, in case there is a crash in internet shares at some point in the future. Thanks for the pick: I'll buy some on Monday, provided they open at a reasonable level (not like Hoen did recently!). Regards, F. Goelo + + +
