Daryn, why would a shareholder be ticked off about the price if they were long? These are not shareholders they are short term traders or day traders looking for a "QUICK BUCK" , that will sell when the price goes upto 3 dollars anyway to take their money. A shareholder/investor is one who stays in a stock at least 18 months because of the company's fundamentals and tax reasons!!! So anyone I see here complaining about why the price doesn't fly right away is probably looking for a quick profit and I would rather see someone like that sell now so they dont hurt the stock later.
